Hi all,
I think after changing the steering box, and found non functioning electrics on the steering wheel, i.e. Horn & Cruise Control, that the 'Rotary Connecter' (coupler?) has gone wrong.
Has anyone any experience of fixing this? I have the Rave disc, but find no way of explaining how to sort it.
I really would appreciate any ideas or help, (anyone close to Stafford??) as I'm soon to go up to Scotland and when towing the trailer, cruise control is really helpul, and having the horn work is a bit more legally required.
I really am stuck here, not really too mechanically sensible and tend to use the wrong tools too often i.e. a hammer??

Hope someone can help me,
Regards,
Duke of Offley (Titch)

i tried repairing mine when the dash kept showing and airbag fault, as soon as you unclip it all the flipping lot sprang apart:(. waist of time trying to repair unless you got the patience of a saint, bite the bullet and buy a new one. there only 150 quid, cheap aint they.

150 Squids eh?
There was a time, when every vehicle had simply a horn on the centre of the steering wheel... There was very little bother then...??
Where are we going I ask..
On our way to deeply lining the shareholders of enormous motor manufacturers I guess!
