Reverse thread??

Does anybody know if the 13mm bolt that hold the auxillery belt tensioner on (Aircon belt) is a reverse thread?
I had a look on Rave and there's no mention of reverse thread but I cannot for the life of me get it undone.
Is this a job for Percy Verance??

No it's not a left hand thread. Only left hand thread on a P38 Range rover is the fan hub on the diesel engine. If it's the diesel the 13mm is for adjusting the belt it does not come undone. You need to remove the Allen bolt inside the hub to get the tensioner off.
