Yes I just bought some brand new unfitted 2011 doors (they were new and in storage and had the foam pads still fitted on the outside - thank you Mexican military 
).
Ive just come in for my tea after finishing wiring up the electric windows and fitting central locking
They just go on basically!
EDIT: I'm clearly very tired.... Didn't read the question. The safari door should still fit as far as I'm aware too.

I think the door stay changed at some point, my '94 90 came with a "take off" door off a much newer vehicle and was missing the door stay. I ended up making my own from a few bits of scrap rod and plate.
