I'm replacing the MAF on my TD4, and fittin a Rovveron Pierburgh +
MF75p one! :)

Lookin at the engin, to remove the old MAF i need to undo 2 screws/
bolts, that hold it in, wot tool do i need to remove these! they look
like a star shaped thing with a pin in the middle?:confused:
 
They're 5 point security star bits. Not the torx 6 point type, these will round off the heads, got mine from Halfords for about a fiver......

He'up Chomi.. yeah thanks.. i had this guy come round on
saturday wiv his fuwt finder pc fingie, un it just came up wiv 1 fult..
MAF sensa!!:(

Lookin on ronz site, he reckonz that a fulty MAF dont show up on fult
finder tests!:confused:

Hopefully all will be well tomoz!!:)
 
Got the nuw MAF un ron box taday.. :)

Started on the engin, un got out the old MAF, Bosh wun looked like
new! not even a speck ov dust!!

Couldnt even get to fit the nuw un, it started ****in down!!

Bastid weather!!:mad:
 
Oh Yeah... Got thee nuw Pierbough MAF in, un connectid up..
but i av fuel pump prob, wen thee nuw pump cumz un i get it fitted, i let yer know how it runz!!:)







But dont hold yer breff...
