Remove / Replace Locks

I have never had the key to the back door of my LR90. Ive recently bought a full barrel set. But how the hell do i get the old barrel out if i dont have the key for it? I was going to get the drill out (so to speak!) But thought i had better ask the question first, in case there is a special trick you can do without butchering the lock.
