Hi, bought my first Landy a week ago, Defender 90, 9 yrs old, offroaded her twice and continue to be amazed at what she can do. I'm looking for some good security tips to stop her being stolen. Had clutch claw recommended, any other ideas out there?

Welcome to the fun side! There was a thread about this about a month ago in the 90/110/130 forum. Roof racks and master isolator switches on the fuel pump amongst other ideas were suggested.

Mine is a hybrid with a Thatcham cat. 1 alarm and immobiliser...

Dee doo indeed Wes

I'll just wrap her up in electrified barbed wire if I park her up in Scally Land. Might be a laugh to watch the Scallies dancing when they touch her. Think I'll do that anyway - get some kickin sounz to compliment their moves!! sounds fun!

You can wire some switches into your starter solienoid ignition wire, and your fuel shutoff...

If I doubt the area, I pull these off, put the crook lock on, and put the diff into neutral, all these things are an extra problem and take time.

CAT 1 is good to stop it being stolen but if you go wading make sure it is well water proof.
