rear tub tie down hooks

Am just in the middle of converting my 90 pick up to an hardtop and have put the roof and sides on but my question is do i remove the tie down hooks on the tub and replace with rivets? Or remove and fill? As i am respraying the whole thing just wondered what would be best to do?

Why remove them? What if you need to tie something down in the back?

Scratch that, just realised what you were talking about. Nah leave them on, rivets wouldn't look right
