Can anyone help with this problem, that when towing the rear end of my disco2 bounces around . Not greatly but its not has is should be. Just had MOT, nothing found. Air suspenion does reach ride hight

Sounds like a badly loaded trailer. What kind if trailer is it? How heavy? Sounds like it might be tail heavy causing the trailer to exert upward pressure on the towing vehicle.

Could your rear dampers beon the way out? Mine is a bit wallowy so I was thinking I could do with new dampers, Y2K , 118K miles.

Could they be ok for MOT but failing with the extra load?

Cheers

Andy

try putting some extra pressure in your tyres,
my landy an caravan together wollow around like a sausage in a tunnel, but put another 5- 10 psi in the rear tyres an it sticks like **** to a blanket, solid as a rock,

just a thought you haven't had new tyres on the back end of ya landy have you?

Towing caravan. Had that checked yesterday runing gear ok. Bit of a nerd when it comes to loading, thats spot on. 90kg nose wt. changed air spring over weekend and abit better, going to change the rear shocks as well. lots of penetratind oil on and hope bolts come out. Yes put more air in tyres and yes two new tyres on rear.

thanks all for help.
