Rear electric window relacement

How do you remove the rear electric window motor and guide rails? The wires have stretched and the plastic toggles that hold them in place have broken. It looks really tight and fiddely to access.
Also how easy is it and is easier to just replace the wires or is it easier to buy a replacement ?

do you mean the one in the tail gate if so no real problems I have just done it for the wife's car as some one smashed it ,

Sorry its not the back window thats the problem, It's the rear drivers side window thats the issue. Do you have any ideas how to resolve this issue?
