rear disks

Hi i have just prchased my first land rover, a 1994 disco, the rear disks are in need of replacing, dose anyone know how this is done? It looks like the half shaft has to come out. Any help would be apreciated.
 
1/remove half shaft
2/remove and move out of the way brake caliper
3/undo wheel bearing retaining nuts
4/remove hub assembly
5/remove brake disc
