I had this with a 9 month old TD5 at one point - they replaced the turbo
under warranty, but managed to put a split turbo hose back on - not
impressed.
But, to answer your question - yes, I've had it. One thing to check for
first would be a small split in the turbo hose - it can whistle quite
impressively with a small hole.
