Why do you need to get to it?

Batteries don't generally need any routine maintenance these days, and
should last 2-3 years easily. Doesn't seem any great hardship having to
unbolt a seat every couple of years!

You can install an inline shutoff switch to isolate the battery, and if you
position it right you will be able to access the terminals for jump starting
if necessary.
