Query on diesel in oil saga :(

Long story short, new to us vehicle turns out to be pooring diesel into oil,
Much engine worn badly, replacing crankshaft, 1 con rod, all shells, rings etc. Doing at arms length as car in Moscow and me in Estonia,

Difficult to get head tested in Moscow, so praying that leak via injector seals.
1) what %, guestimate time guys, are porous heads, what % are injector seals?

Once bottom end rebuilt how much damage will I do driving a 1000Km home if it is a porous head, this leak was sufficiently bad that we got at least 3 times the distance up the dipstick than "full " should be in about 1500km.

Bear in mind it was going to cost 1000€ to get oit back on transporter, that;s why its being repauired out there and the locaguy is getting a bit short as it takes time to get parts to him..

Poss injector seals. Takes between 1 to 2 hours depending on your skill. Parts cost about £20 ish.
