Hi All,
Landy been sluggish for a while, lack of power in 1-2 gear when accelerating. Been through hoses, MAF, etc. and now think it must be EGR. Looked at Landy Workshop book online and there's a great 1 pager on removing the 4 bolts and thats it. Nice easy job then.....! Noooo, how the chuff do you get to the bolts to remove and replace? Watched the Britpart youtube video on removing & replacing, but it just shows chap standing next to landy before and after EGR change no footage of the actual removal/refit which is helpful, not!
Does any one have experience of replacing their EGR valve and tips on how to do it? I'm thinking deep sockets will help me get to the bolts whilst still being able to see socket?
Any help greatfully received, already have new EGR valve and not looking at blanking off. Either way, presumably would still need to get the bugger off!
