problem with ranger over 4.4 help

hi every one i have just joined the site as i am at my wits end i have a 2003 range rover with the m62 tu 4.4 petrol engine i have had a snap on solus code reader on it and it has come up with code p0011 and the massage
vanos inlet camshaft control bank 1
i have flushed the oil and put new in from land rover also a new filter when the engine is cold nice and sweet when it gets warm a rattle appears it sounds like a cam chain tensioner but not sure any one have any ideas o i have also changed both camshaft sensors
