Hi guys posted a thread last week about eas problem on p38 2001 kept blowing fuse sorted this turned out to be eas pump fitted 2nd hand unit all fine till i have just been out on 20 mile trip parked up came back started up and light for suspension just flased and would not raise pump not running left for 20 mins and pump as started to run but seems to be running all time, is there a cut of if pump gets to hot, any help please.

Sounds like your second hand pump is shagged. Take the blue outlet pipe off, put a finger over the end with the compressor running, the pressure should be more than you can hold back. If no pressure the piston seal is worn out. It also sounds as if you have one or more leaks if it is going down that quickly.
