This week's leak of the week is... Bloody leak from the union on the pump to box hose. Just when I was getting on top of the leaks! Is there meant to be an o ring somewhere on this union? It's nice and tight but oil still trickles out along it. Everything looks undamaged, do I just need a new hose? Cheers.

Cheers Marmaduke. I've got an Rtc4825 on order because that's the only one I could find. But as per the picture I've got no idea where it should go! I assume one should go behind the threads on the union (see above photo ), but maybe this should be an rtc4826, as it'll be high pressure going from pump to box?

I should have thought so, it's only a rubber 'o' seal which you can pick up from Halfords.

That's a far better image than mine, sorry 'bout that, mine was from the parts catalogue:eek:

I've tried a couple from my o-ring box, one worked for a few miles, then leak returned. Had the same with the oil cooler pipe, tried many o-rings and the only one to do the job was the one specified in the parts catalogue! Will fit the rtc4825 when it arrives and will update!
