Power steering (from a disco)

Evening all,

Im 1/2 way through removing a 300tdi from a 1998 disco, to place into my 90 (2.5na). Im wondering if I can also pinch the powersteering and place onto my steering rack - will this work?

Yes you can replace your steering box with the discovery power steering box, you'll end up having the power steering reservoir on the near side wing but it might take some tweaking to get the pipes around the intercooler pipework

Wonder if its the same build quality between the two vehicles.
