My fuel consumption has gone way up sometimes only getting 18 MPG but most times about 23
It used to be 27 and I have run this for 100000 miles and have put diagnostic on it and the only thing I can find is the SWG is running at about 3000 mv instead of 1500.
I have fitted a new No 4 injector new CPS new fuel pump temp sensor and new temp sensor. Does anyone know how to get the mv down to what it should be?

To be fair when it was 18mpg i was climbing a pass up to 2900 m in Georgia and using low ratio as it was very steep and loose rock single lane with tight hairpins and 6 wheel drive trucks using it as well

SWG is the reading from the quantity servo travel sensor. The set point should fall to 1500 at idle shortly after engine starts, set point is the position the ECU thinks the quantity servo should be at for the engine RPM/load. SWG actual is the actual quantity servo position fed back to the ECU. Any difference could indicate wear in the piston allowing fuel to bleed back and the quantity servo having to be advanced to make up the short fall to maintain the RPM. Or wear in the rotary cam effectively shortening the piston stroke. Maybe time for a reconditioned pump.

18 MPG under the conditions you describe is not shabby i would have thought.

But that was only one day for about 50 miles now im doing 200 miles a day on motorways cruising at 60 mph about 2250 rpm and 24 is the best i get I used to 27 or better
