Hey I’m trying to hunt down this exhaust. I ordered the 200tdi exhaust however looks nothing like this when I cut it off about a year ago. From what I can gather this is a 300tdi? Does anyone have any cheap links or part numbers for this silencer and the rest? Seen a few online however the bends look off etc.

Thanks in advance.

Would help if we knew what it was actually on/off in the first place ;) .
But have a good look through here and it may give clues for a part number then you can work from there

Oh and Welcome:)

Yeah I’m having troubles finding it on lrcat

I’m guessing it’s a 200tdi with a 300tdi exhaust manifold.

The exhaust I have is the 200tdi for a 90 if you have a quick google you’ll see it looks like nothing I took off a year ago. Wish I checked the pictures before i order it but anyway will save it in my garage for another project.

Based on the above image can anyone recognise if this looks similar to a 300tdi exhaust for a 90?

200tdi I believe but the manifold has the egr blank from a 300tdi. Attached some more images of what I’ve got left to work with. The silencer does look like a td5 one btw, but it’s not a td5 engine?

its not that important its only a pipe and a few baffles, not rocket science, back pressure not so much of an issue with diesels.

I have a cat delete and a mid pipe baffle delete just just the tail box.

Its a defender not a pipecraft balanced racer lol If it fits it will be just fine!

I will be taking a part stainless exhaust off my 300tdi soon, i'll stick some pics up.
Should have done it over the weekend but i caught the dreaded lurgi, as soon as I can stop sneezing and losing fluids out my nose ... nothing worse than a mad sneezing attack when you are under a landrover.

Hi, I can find four p/no's for 200 Tdi down pipes,
ESR158
ESR159
ESR1617
NRC9137
Not sure if these help but if you Google them & they're not generic pictures being advertised then you might be able to identify the shape, best of luck.

The first flange you need is the 3 bolt, is it a big olive connection? is the back of the old silencer an olive connection?

Start there and work back.
I couldn't find a center or rear for our mudball anywhere(2.0mpi) so ended up getting center and rear that matched and making a little join piece from cat to center, and change a mounting point to a new place on the chassis but they all fit so the holes are there somewhere.

That's the problem with buying something you don't know all what PO did. But if you can weld a bit or at least join pipe with clamps then you have some useful flanges and useable pipe to make it all fit.

Yeah it's looking like the previous owner did a spot of welding on removing the insides.

I threw the old one out about a year ago but pretty sure the flange is just a flush fit with a gasket.

I guess I should just look at the 300tdi one with the straight through. Any MOT issues with the straight through?
