Hi all,

I've got a LT77 gearbox with a 300 TDI engine in a 1985 90 Truck Cab. I've just been checking through Paddock's website and am a bit concerned I'm going to order the wrong parts.

I'm doing a full strip down rebuild so I'd like to ensure when it goes back together, it won't need to come apart for a good amount of time. I'm looking to renew the following:

Slave cylinder
Master cylinder
Pipework
Release bearing
HD Clutch fork
Clutch

And anything else anyone can see that I've missed. Can someone advise the correct part no's for the above parts please?

Much thanks in advance.

Thanks for your help James. I've got pdf's for the 90 but with it being a 300 TDI conversion and a LT77 gearbox, I'm a bit wary of ordering the wrong part no's!

it's non standard. did they keep the 300 bellhousing or use the 2.5?

we could guess at the most sensible route.. but who knows what they did. you need to look, take pics and get numbers to confirm.

Thanks for the reply. I don't know :(
What I do know is, whilst doing the timing belt change this week, I went to put my timing pin into the flywheel housing and guess what? No hole in the casing for a plug/timing pin. The casing had a viewing plate that could be pivoted out of the way, as per the earlier housings. So yeah, it's a bit of a bitsa.

I'll see what numbers I can find and work from there. Thanks for the advice :)
