Have always used a roller and it's given great results.

If you spray in those temperatures the thinners will just about flash off leaving you with a not-very-good end result!

At least with a roller you are giving a thicker covering in each session, rather than losing a significant percentage through a combination of evaporation and being blown away.

Hi all,

Also thinking of painting my 90 once i've put the back door, roof and side panels on (changing from a truck cab). Anyone know the complete method from start to finish? Better not to assume and mess it up i think even if it means stating the obvious. cheers

Rub it down, fill it, slap some paint on, sand it down, and slap some more paint on. Repeat as required!

Job's a goodun! :)
