Paddock massai red paint

I bought limestone paint and massai red paint from paddocks to bing my Landy back to original condition

The limestone was brilliant covered a black roof with one coat

The massai red was rubbish really thin and see through like painting with red food dye in water it so thin that it would take ten coats to cover white I'm sure the paint is faulty

I've bought 2 Tins both of them are the same I stirred and stirred and still no better

I'm not sure how to complain about two open Tina of paint both full bar a couple of brush strokes

Ring em up and speak to them.... despite some moans about quality of Paddocks parts n stuff - I have always found them very helpful, understanding and happy to resolve issues when things aren't quite right.... unless you tell them about problems, they can't resolve them

yup, just give 'em a bell and see what they say.

If the paint has settled out you might have to scrape it off the bottom of the tin before it will mix in - but if it's that far gone you're probably owed a replacement.

red paints are known for this you have to use undercoat and then additional coats. Most of the shades of the bright reds even have advice to paint another colour first then go over with red top coat.
