P38a Internal Blowers

Hi all, please help. My internal fan/blower runs all the time on drivers side, it will speed up when required etc, can't turn it right down, i'm sure they can't be turned off, but just tick over...........its loud and yes i have turned stereo up. I was advised that the HEVAC panel was knacked so i replace it, still the same!! i have just fitted a brand spanking new fuse box, including 2 new relays for the hevac system and it still blows hard!! i am aware that i have a blend motor gone on drivers side, have spare one to replace it with, when i have enough time to do it...........seems like a big long job!!

any ideas about fan/blower would help or is it down to blend motor......??

I think there is a transistor control unit in with the motor but I could be wrong. I seem to remember that is what causes the problem.
