P38 Centre Rear seatbelt

Anyone know if you can convert the centre lap belt on a P38 to a proper lap
and diagonal job and if so is there a DIY kit?

Having a good look at mine it should be easy really. God knows if it would be legal, but it looks simple
enough. You could mount it on the rear floor with some bracing i reckon & fit a belt guide on the top of
the seat back.
