I turn on headlights, all ok, but if I indicate the hazards come on and the beep beep warning sound starts. Same if I turn on wipers. I end up turning off headlights to set it all ok. Anyone known this and what to do? cheers

The 10 Range Rover commandments as delivered by the archangel @Saint.V8

1) is the battery good? (Good volts)
2) read #1 again.
3) sure? Checked the alternator? I'm not mucking about, you know?
4) sniff the fusebox.
5) never, ever close a door on the P38 without having at least a window open and preferably the tailgate.
6) never disconnect the battery without making sure car is open and not alarmed (open with fob) and a door is open.
7) have you checked the RF receiver?
8) water on the transmission tunnel carpet? Heater o rings or sunroof drain tubes.
9) EAS? Go read Wammers How To in the Technical Section, written by the oily RR god himself.
10) is it a V8? Your head-gaskets have gone.

Check under the carpet in the footwell of the right hand front seat for water. If it's wet or damp, it often causes problems with the BECM which is located under the seat.
If there is damp, it may be rain water ingress or leaking heater matrix O rings.
