p38 1995 2.5 diesel air bag suspension help

i have done the valve block seals,put it back on the car and no go,the pump is pumping air but quite weak,it has been a bit slow going up prior to this,and the pump used to run all the time,is the shot?
i have tried a tyre pump compressor,but this did nothing,my range rover still sat on the bump stops,the front air bags have some air in,but not enough to take it off the bump stops,i have no warnings on either.
i have no air leaks,i did not drain the air the right way perhaps just pulled the pipes off,would this of done other damage

hi......don,t know if this helps.....but if the compressor is working as was mine
check the inflow filters...if needs remove them to see if the comp is getting enough air into it....ie strugling to get air in......impossible to pump out................worked for me !
