The last time was necessary to use the scanner to set the brand new compressor otherwise it never run.
This time I only want to change cylinder, piston's teflon gasket and O rings seals. If I unplug the wiring arness not need the scanner to put the compressor to work again?

No diagnostics are required to change the compressor. Unless there was a fault that needed clearing, recorded on the system.

Can sombody show me the right place to set one screwdriver and hit it to remove the air compressor piston from the shaft, between the piston and the counterwight or between the counterweight and the compressor body?

You don't hit anything. Once you have backed off the Allen screw the crank should come off the shaft reasonably easily.with gently leverage. Only use a 1/8" Allen key to slacken Allen screw holding crank to shaft. Remove the Allen screw from the outer case. Then turn crank until hole in crank is aligned then insert 1/8" Allen key fully into Allen screw holding crank. Use steady pressure to undo it. If you use anything other than the 1/8" Allen screw you will damage the screw and not be able to remove it.
