Well, I felt the need & just did it! Unrestricted model, could be a bit mad really, but I know (sort of)
what I'm doing. Had to get the 2 wheel version of the Subaru as I have the 2 wheel version of the Landie!

Still I love the 110 like a brother, it makes me smile at 35mph & the fact it can do 70 is a feckin'
miracle!!!

Some are better than others, mine used to do 70MPH before the Fearns
upgrade, the dealer said even then that the engine was "very revvy"
and quicker off the mark than his. Now it's got the fearns upgrade
it'll push 90MPH and cruise at 80.

My 110 TD5 with GKN overdrive cruises at 80 all day long and yes you
can still talk to the passenger.

Fuel consumption drops from 29 to about 24 though

The overdrive is a massive improvement for Motorway driving

Mine's an untrimmed 300TDi with bare metal all over the place, you
can't hear yourself let alone the passenger but that's not because of
the engine ;-)

IIRC mine returned figures between 34MPG and 25MPG but I can't
remember under what conditions. Most of my driving at the time was
60MPH on the A303.

Really.......****e!

Its got larger tyres (235 85 16) but the speedo is cock on comapred to
my tomtom...

Its been like it since ive had it, so i dont think the roll has anything
to do with it..

What do you recons up with it then? It pulls like a train, but seems to
only want to go up to 60-65.....

Good effort, If you do seek out Nigels services you'll find him very
enthusiastic about what he does, top bloke too.

Even records your training on DVD so you can see if your arse looks big in
it when you get home ;-)

sorry, it's UKRM and UKRMC (motorcycle groups) shorthand: Can I Have A Go,
Mate?

used whenever someone announces the acquisition of some desirable wheels.
