due to complete lack of concenteration and the kids moithering me, i posted in the wrong section, and now ive thought about it , it was a dumb question anyway sorry

ive emailed you the answer.
rub the cream on the affected area twice a day.
and stop sitting in lr series seats, in the freezing north wales climate for too long, making brum brum noises.

Your wrong Ormus.

Cream will never clear up an infection like that !!!!!

I think a vet might have the right treatment
