Hi all been a member for a few years now, I have a disco 300tdi I got cheap around the time I joined and really didn't know what to expect as I had been driving a vw sharan for the previous 7 years.
The discovery had head gasket problems when I got it but I know my way round an engine so that was no problem and it has not been too bad since apart from the release arm snapping and that was a pain.
Had to wield just about the whole of one side other than that its been a pretty good car, the only mods I have done is fitted roof bars, side steps and an a bar with lights.
I do miss the comfort of my old sharan but cannot see me moving from land rover now.
