How do I get into the housing unit to clean the lenses, just changed a bulb and noticed that they are covered in crud blocking lots of light out.

Fill them up with warm water and detergent use a cotton bud to work it around

Rear ones? The whole black thing is held in by a few screws, IIRC. Maybe you could try a cycle in the dishwasher?!

No not the dishwasher the plastic is not heat resistant and the bulb holder access won't allow much water to get in at all. I did mine as posted above.

Thanks, I only had a quick look at the unit when changing the bulb and thought that it might be possible to disassemble it further. I'll have a go with the cotton buds.
