Arse!
Anyone tried to fit an aftermarket one? Any issues with them?

Not on a 90 but a 110 rear mount one.
Britpart make.
Tank protection plate was badly formed and the mounting holes needed elongating a bit to get it on.
Original LR sender sealing ring fitted the BP tank but wouldn't tighten enough so leaked, replacement BP sender ring fitted the BP tank fine , no leaks.

I've bought the BP ones for my series in the past. Don't expect them to be painted very well - first task is to give them a good coat of something decent.

I had mine shotblasted and metal sprayed around 12yrs ago, still looks good, also had the same treatment on a new exhaust system, still good after 12yrs too although the end of the tailpipe has rotted threw now. I'm going to cut that bit off and weld a piece of stainless steel tube on for a few extra years of life.
