Hi, Just thought I'd share this with you.

I've had the car for nearly year, put a new battery on it just after buying it coz it was a bit slow turning over. The car only get used about once a month.

Over the last 3 months I've had the battery going flat problem. I charged the battery at work a couple of times, did a drop test on it and all seemed OK put it back on and it went flat over a period of time so immediately suspected the RF receiver.

Just to be sure I charged the battery at work again, left it for 3 days then tested it this time with an electronic battery tester and immediately it indicated that the battery was faulty.

Luckily for me I own a motor spares shop so the warranty swap over was a doddle!

So if you have a battery going flat problem don't always jump the obvious conclusion.

Hope that helps

Kev
