No taillights, dashlights, domelights or shift select lights

2002 Freelander, taillights, dashlights, dome/reading lights and shift indicactor lights not working when the headlights are turned on. Everything works fine when just the parkinglights are on.
All fuses engine compartment/cabin are good.
Any ideas where I should go next? :confused:
