newbie saying hello

Hi i`m kdcitro and have recently joined this forum as advised by a good friend whos been with you a while i have owned several disco`s this being my sixth ,my main reason for joining is i require info re a starting fault which has recently shown its ugly head ,i now own a td5 discovery commercial which has in the last week has been struggling to start the symtom is strange and is worse if the vehicle has beeen stood overnight when i go to start first thing it takes upto five short turns of the key to start instead of the instant start which has been the norm for the last 12.000 miles, the ignition key i was using has also stopped working in the last two days ,i have renewed the battery in key this has made no difference to the fault i have also recently replaced the fuel pressure regulator whick was leaking this also has not made a difference , i would appreciate any info advise on this problem. many thanks kd citro

Do you know when the glowplugs were last changed, and check the relay for them.
