Finding this website a bit confusing hard to know where I am and what I am doing - keep finding myself duped into clicking on just answer or ads when I think I am in forum

Hey welcome from drizzly scotchland You will find the adverts are a right pita, if you pay a membership fee there are settings to be advertless Mods will probably do this for you if you ask.
But for now if you click on a page then see the advert click back off & on it the add wont be there.
