New member with HDC fault issues

Hi all just after joining up, I bought my dream machine an 06 disco 3 last year I love the shape and comfort of the model, unfortunately I've been having issues with it cutting out while driving, it says HDC fault and other lights flash up but once I turn it off and restart it goes on again, it might not happen again for a week or month or could happen 5 more time that day, can't figure it out
