need help

can anyone plz help ive got a 1995 discovery with immobilize problem this only happens on rear occasions i can lock the doors useing the key fob go away come back unlock the door as normal put key in and wont start as immobilizer is still on so you then have to lock doors again go away for a while come back after say ten mins then try again . yesterday went out got stuck in motorway services for nearly a hour before it started again then drove on stopped it was fine got fuel on way back was fine starting again dropped my mate off came out would not start it took nearly 2 hour before it would start again grrrrr got it going went home used the car all night on and off not a single problem since

can anyone help as this problem is doing me and no one ive spoke to seems to know why its doing it
