Mystery leak

Afternoon All

I have spotted a leak from my 2.5 petrol. It drips off the front cross member of the chassis (beneath the radiator). It doesn't look like coolant and the only other things in that area are the flow and return pipes for the power steering. However I don't seem to have lost any PS fluid! It looks more oily than PS fluid or coolant.

Anyone else had this or can shed some light on what it might be?

Brake pipes running across the front cross member?

On mine, it is the power steering pipes that run along the front cross member. They run from the reservoir to the pump then back to the steering box.

I have taken another look and can't see any leaks under the radiator so it must be the PS pipes but the reservoir hasn't dropped and it's not leaking from the joints! Also, why is is so oily looking?

All very confusing!
