Modified tow bars

Hello

I have a 110 with a tow bar fitted but the lower arm bracket which bolts through the rear chassis doesn’t clear an onboard water tank that sits under the boot floor… is there an off the shelf part that is longer or bows out around should a tank or is this a custom job or a modification to the brackets that would fit…

pics would definitely help, and it also depends on the design of your brackets. I had to change form the angel iron brackets to flat bar ones when I fitted my tank guard but to do that I just combined the later style tow bar that used these as standard with my older style towbar to fit to my '89 chassis.
