MIL = malfunction indicator light.

Also

mother in law.

One and the same mate. Malfunction usually occurs when mother-in-law arrives!

Thought the "F" had been left of the title of this post and am now very disappointed with the content

Good luck with the car though. Possible fuel supply problem?

I considered using an F. But in this case it would very much be a sarcastic "fun"

Have got compression issues on at least one or two cylinders.
