If you have been following my rebuild thread you will know my Mig Welder stopped working so I upgraded it as I needed it to be able to get on.
Have now managed to get the part needed and fitted it today and it is now working again so thought I would offer it up here before sticking it on ebay to recoup some of my money.
Cosmo (same as SIP) 130 gas/no gas mig welder
with the following:
Just fitted brand new wire motor transformer onto PCB (Cost £20)
Recently fitted complete new torch (cost £57 from HERE)
New wire feed roller plus old spare (cost £15 from Ebay)
Home made wire roller brace fitted to maintain even wire feed pressure
Brand new not fitted metal wire liner. better than standard plastic tube (cost £5 happy to fit if wanted)
Adaptor to allow the use of 5kg wire rolls (cost £10 from Ebay
Gas regulator for disposible gas bottles (£15)plus part used small argosheild bottle
Brand new large bottle regulator (Cost £30)
It has the remains of a 0.5kg 0.8mm roll of welding wire fitted
Spare torch shroud and a few 0.6mm tips
Brand new hand held face shield (came with new welder but not needed)
Clarke Welding Trolley to hold welder and large gas bottle Cost me £60 HERE
Looking for £180 for the lot which is £20 less than the total cost of all the extras and new parts making the welder itself free!
