Maf And egr

Hi all, Is there any advantage of disconnecting the maf sensor and the egr, if i do will it damage the engine in any way ,ive got an o3 td4.If i can how do i go about it ,is it easy to do ,or do i need some kind of techy help.? Cheers .

I dont think you want to disconnect the MAF as you will suffer from a lack of low down power in a big way. As for the egr have a search but search for "egr valve" as 3 letter searches dont work.

Hi mate
Do not disconnect the Maff on a td4 , is ok for the L series freelanders follow cheds advice and do a search , Cheers
