LT77 Disco box in defender

Hi all have nearly got my recon disco box back in the 90 but the selector shaft is too short.

I see there are plenty of kits around for an R380 but no one mentions an LT77

Does any one know of an off the shelf kit? ive seen the threads of one being made but I dont have a lathe.

May I suggest that its the bell housing that is too long & not the shaft that's too short
Welcome btw !!
I'm not sure if youl need to change spigot bush to suit the shaft also? someone will be
along soon with more brain cells that me today as mine are still swimming in booze lol
