Lop sided on parabolics

Just taken ownership, reading other threads it may be springs on the wrong side, without removing and switching over is there anyway to identify if they are incorrectly fitted? Look forward to any input cheers.

Some are handed some arent, even correctly fitted many lean a little.

You can try slackening off the ubolts and lift the body a little and rest it back down with the vehicle on the level

Undo all the shackles slightly (nut and threaded bolt through the shackle) and settle the motor by driving over some blocks. Then load up with bags of sand until its level then nip them up.

Series land Rovers with genuine suspension sit a little high on the drivers side by design, that's why the springs are different. I can't remember why but the answer will be out there on the tinterweb if you search.

Weight of transfer box, Fuel tank and hefty driver all on the same side so handing of springs designed to take account of this - cheap unhanded springs therefore tend to allow the landy to sag a bit on the drivers side
