If the car hasn't been used for a day or two it could just be the mice running the dynamoo 
are you sure its a hum and not a fast chatter, the mice might be singing or having a natter. If you can't find the problem with a worn relay go join the mice and have a good day.

The lights are probably humming because they dont know the words.
