hello
i have a p38 range rover with a set of gaurds fitted to my horror i found out that the stupid things are bolted to the body......
i found this out when my girlfriend backed the car into a tall wall....... god knows how she hit that because i'm still working out how it just jump out and hit the car! anyway the light gaurd is made of hard plastic so broke and just to finish the job of dented the car!
In essex there is a guy that had a car that he was breaking so i got the part of him but found that it was a rubbery type not the hard plastic type. It had a land rover part number but also had a plastic twist screw instead of the hexi bolts (rusted and will round off) that are on my car. does anyone know if the plasic screw are avalible as i would like to be able to remove the light gaurds and wash the lights from time to time.....
