light clutch pedal till she warms up

my old rangerover classic has suddenly started being light on the clutch pedal and first can be a struggle to select but then when she warmed up abit no problem checked the fluid res and seals at both ends gave the push rods a clean and no leaks from the pipes and no wineing or grinding from gearbox or transfer when driveing just wonder,d if its time to get a new clutch bought in ready in case the bugger goes any one come across
this before:)

You got a master or slave cylinder starting a internal leak. Bleeds out during when not in use, couple of pumps and it's up and ok then suddenly it'll be gone one day no warning. ( It's warning you now)

Thanks for the tip i,ll double check the the seals as i already had everything off to check the seals and no sign of leaks but i will double check everthing and stick new seals on
