I found Fabrics online who do a Faux Suede in varying thicknesses.
Log in and they will send you swatches of material.

No, its a little different but, I have striped the old off the headlining and replacing the entire lining and doing away with the sunroof cover.
I've not done the sunroof cover yet, its dirty but in tact if its any use to you, you're welcome to it

No probs, should have it off within the next week or so. I'll let you know
it's cheap, easy, quick, never sags, doesn't absorb fag smoke or doggy smells and you can touch it up if you scuff it with luggage..Like itI was only joking, just goes to show what can be done.
